we use Jira JSD in the cloud.
I have notifications set the way that changing an issue will notify the assigned user (well, e.g. changing the priority might be important for the assigned agent).
We also use labels and components for statistical purposes. These create notification, too, and unfortunately individual single notifications which annoy the support agents a lot. They are also unimportant to them.
How can I differentiate those notifications in a better way? I couldn't find any way in the project notification settings / notification schemas of Jira.

Component change will trigger issue update event. you can't stop it (out of the box)
While changing label you can uncheck the send notification box. so it will not trigger mail.
