Project Lead Notification

Our notification scheme actually doesn't include Project Lead role, yet somehow the Project Lead gets all the notifications even though that user is not an assignee nor a reporter nor a watcher. 

How can I configure Notification Scheme to opt out Project Lead from some (or all) emails on that specific project?

Hello Roman,

Can you please let us know how your Notification Scheme is configured?

Confirm if the project lead is not added to any groups configured in the notification scheme (Jira-Administrators, JIRA-Users, etc) - Double check the Notifications scheme related to the project.

Additionally, check if the user is not subscribed to any JQL filter which is returning the issues created/updated. To check this information, you can refer to the documentation below:
