Public Sign Up - ServiceDesk Issue

Hi,

We're setting up monitoring to push throuh to servicedesk and get the following error "27/Nov/18 1:28 PM FAILURE Signup is not currently available"

 

How do we get around this?

Hi Benjamin,

Check in your project if it allows anyone to create tickets.

To confirm this, do the following:

  1. Go to {{Your Project > Project Settings > Customer Permission}} page.
  2. Select the option "anyone can email the service desk or raise a request in the portal".
  3. Save the change.

This is what restricts public sign up to my knowledge.

I dont have the option to do this? we're using JIRA cloud..
