Public URL or pulling release notes from Jira?

Not sure how to ask this, we use the feature in Jira where you automatically generate release notes for our versions. This works fantastically but I am trying to get this to pull into our application without having to copy paste the output in HTML or TXT. Is it possible to either make this a public or shareable link, and or pull it via the API so I can use it internally? Just trying to figure out some way to pull that out without doing it by hand.

@Taylor Moss you may want to give the Automated release notes plugin a try. We developed this tool to address similar set of use cases which are currently not addressed by the existing Jira release notes capabilities.
