Question about jira/confluence/bitbucket licensing expansion

Hello,

We're using 50 user's license JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket license in server. (We are also using some add-on in each product now)

But this license was expired before 2~3 years(The Maintenance was expired), In this situation, We need to update user account expansion for increased user account now. We expect that trouble in this processing(dependency about recently version of atlassian product or etc..)

Can we use the current version of the product(JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket) only increase the number from 50 to 100? (We are in trouble because there is an internal cost to update)

Can you recommend the least expensive way to expand our user number?
