Hello @Yu Karahashi ,

こんにちは。以下のテキストを英語から日本語に翻訳できます。

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 😊

If you don’t actively use a sandbox, you can safely proceed. But if you’ve been testing configurations in a sandbox, make sure to document or export anything critical before downgrading. You can always upgrade again later if you need sandbox features.

What will be deleted:

Any sandbox environments you've created (e.g., test instances for Jira or Confluence Cloud).

All data within those sandbox instances — they are considered temporary and are not backed up for Free plan users.

What won't be deleted:

Your production site (your main Jira or Confluence instance)

User accounts, projects, tickets, etc. in your live environment

What are Sandbox?

Understand your current usage:
Evaluate your current usage of Atlassian products, including the number of users, projects, and the features you rely on.

Identify requirements:
Determine what features and functionalities are essential for your team and what you might need in the future.

Evaluate the new plan:
Carefully review the features, pricing, and limitations of the new plan to ensure it aligns with your needs.

Assess app compatibility:
Check if your existing apps are compatible with the new plan and if any updates or replacements are needed.

Hello, Good day. Sandox is a separate dev/test instance that you can create when you are on premium plan, it looks like you are on standard plan, so there should not be any sandbox instance in your Org. Thanks!
