I am having thousands of Customers for Jira Service Desk.
Without application access it it possible to create issues through mail..?

JIRA Service Desk is made for this purpose only. Either end user can create ticket through web portal(without login) or through email. You can set a particular email id for such purpose with some configurations.

User cannot create ticket through Portal without login...He must login, Right ?
If he login to the portal with credentials. Then normal user will be created with that credentials [ without Application Access ].
Then, without application access, that user cannot create ticket through mail...
If I am wrong please correct me.

@Madhu Reddy, Yes you are on cloud version so your understanding is correct. Also on cloud version you don't have admin rights. The email configuration need to set in initial set-up for cloud, post that you can not change it due to unavailability of Admin right so better you raise ticket on Atlassian support & grant access for email based tickets.
