I have been sent a link from Atlassian support to view documentation on my issue on their extranet.
I received a DNS error when trying to access. How can I access the extranet?

Hey @Darren Donald, despite it's legacy name, extranet is an internal-only Atlassian service and you should not be able to see linked issues / linked pages or direct links unless you are on Atlassian's staff.
If someone sent the link to you directly via email, it was likely in error. You might reply and ask them about it. If it's just a link on a public issue ticket in another system, it's just there for status.
