Adding new bug status

I added new bug status and then after assigning this status to certain bug .

This bug disappears and didnt appear while searching for it with this status

Hi Heba,

It sounds like you may have ended up with an unmapped status. After you've created a new status you also have to map the status to a column on your board to be able to see issues within that status. Issues assigned to unmpapped statuses are not visible.

To check if your status actually is unmapped:

1. Go to board settings

2. Navigate to the columns tab

If you have any unmapped statuses and are in a company managed project, you should see them in the far right column named "Unmapped statuses". If you are in a team managed project, you should see them in the far left column named "Unassigned statuses".
