All Project FixVersions are not visible in Project Automation Issue field Condition

Hi Guys,

Need your help in fixing one issue. 

I am trying to setup a project automation rule in Jira Data Center, in a project we have 50+ versions ( Released and Unreleased). When applying issue field condition on Fix Version field it's not showing all the versions which are available in Jira project. Even after typing the name of the Fix Version, even then it's not showing in dropdown. Kindly suggest.

Hi @Vikrant Yadav 

This issue might be caused by a known bug detailed here. Some possible workarounds that you can try: 

• Use the "Advanced" search option to specify the version that you want to filter by.
• Use the "JQL" to create a custom query that filters by the version.
