All service desk plugins disabled

All Service desk plugins

(JIRA Service Desk,

JIRA Service Desk Project Plugin,

JIRA Service Desk Public REST API Plugin,

Service Desk Approvals Plugin,

Service Desk Canned Responses Plugin and ....)

are disabled,I dont  know it's reason, and How to do fix it?

Hi Marzi, have you recently removed the Insight Plugin? Check this, I had this problem :-( https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-10845

I started jira as adminstrator(run as adminstrator) and enabled service desk plugins in jira database.
