Approval Function not available in JIRA Service Desk Server 3.1

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring JIRA Service Desk approvals

Hey there,

I wanted to configure this approval function for our Service Desk, but the link for the documentation is down and I can't configure an approval in my workflow.

What'd you do to resolve this?  We're on 3.2 and don't have the option to add it to the workflow.
