Are you able to have more than 10 users in the JSM sandbox area? if so, how?

We are migrating between environments and need to have more than 10 developers, testers, and DBAs working in the sandbox environment.   Can you have more than 10? does it cost more?

Welcome to Atlassian community :)

It's depends which Jira Cloud plan do you have. Sandboxes have the same user limits as their linked production environments.

Thanks.  The link was very helpful.   I think we may be having a different problem then.   Production cloud has 200 users and the sandbox cloud gets created with only 10 users.  Not sure why sandbox does not mimic prod in the number of users.
