Hi all,
I'm looking for a way to have a ticket request in the customer portal, that once created, makes a number of sub-tasks automatically?
Example being, hardware request, with 3-4 sub-tasks created and assigned to certain agents to do certain tasks before the main service request is closed.
Is this possible in jira?
