Hello everyone again !!!

Quick info...

I am the new administrator of an already existed Jira Software/SD system (so i don't know a lot yet) and i'm assigned from the old admin to make some clean up to his creation (cool isn't it??? :P ) ...

There are in total 30-40 different custom workflows right now with inline transaction scripts and post function script (maybe) in them not only for Software but also for SD.

The question is:

  • if there is an automated way to check which workflows are used or i should check them manually! ..

Thnx in advance,

CM

Hello @Christos Moysiadis

In the workflow section (if you have admin rights press "gg" and go to workflow section and there at the bottom of the page there is a list of "Inactive" workflows. Thus, you can easily see which workflows are used by projects and which are not.
