Automatically perform a transition based on custom field values

I want to perform a transition automatically based on certain conditions on custom fields' values.

I am able to set conditions but after that have to manually click on the transition.

How can I automate this i.e, once conditions are true status change should be automatic.

Hello,you should use an additional plugin. For example, Adaptivist Scriprunner, Automation for Jira or Power scripts.
