Hi,

I use everhour for tracking time spent on issue (default by company). I would like to automate work log field as displayed in the screen:

This is my automation:

But I'm probably missing something. Value is always 0. My guess is that I'm accessing wrong field. Any idea how to fix it?

Hello, Good day. From the screenshot it looks like you are not using built in time tracking available in Jira and using different addon for time tracking. Could you confirm ?

Yes, I use addon for time tracking: "Everhour". I would like to connect this two fields by automation

Checking from my end, these fields are not available in automation for Jira yet.
