Automation - copy links to different projects from parent to sub-task

Hello,

I have manual triggered automation which creates sub-task (Exemption) and copies information and links from parent (Risk). Risk is linked to different project.

Problem is that just links from same project are copied from parent (Risk), but links to different projects are not copied. It is possible to link sub-task to different project manually, so I suppose that it should work also with automation rule. 

For Linked Issues field I tried Copy from Trigger issue, Current issue and Parent issue but still just links from same project are copied.

Any suggestion how to do it?

I don't know why you can't do that directly in the "create issue" but you can do it like that in theory :

thanks for tip, but problem was in actor of rule who didn't have Issue Link permission.
