We have an automation that creates a new issue in case that a box is checked, and everythings works.
Unfortunatelly, a second automation, that should send an email in case of a "Cross-project" issue is created, doesn't recognized the result of the first as a new ticket. We checked the audit, and the newly generated ticket is missing, we jump from "issue-xx1" to "issue-xx3", with no trace of the important one.
