Creating a rule to require info for certain fields. Created the rule and clicked save but when I go back to the rule list it's not there, the rule is gone. I have created the rule multiple times and made sure I clicked save after each condition is added but it doesn't stick. Is there something i am missing? Made sue description and title for the rule is filled in as well.

can you check for it here - admin > system at the very bottom in sidebar choose Automation then click on All rules.

Yeah i have been here, this is where i was looking for the rules i created but they are not there.
