Does the Average Age gadget include issues with a state of "To Do" or "On Hold"? Shouldn't these 2 states be excluded from the age calculation? Reason being, at least for my team, issues marked with a To Do or On Hold state work has not been started on these yet. And to include in the age calculation is showing a picture that is not true and my supervisor is asking why it takes 20 days on average to resolve an issue. This is not a picture I want to show my supervisor and members of the management team. A truer picture is actually 4 days on average to resolve an issue, but because the To Do and On Hold are included in the age calculation, I believe, this is skewing the calculation. Is it possible to remove the state of To Do and On Hold from the average age calculation?
