Backlog and Active Sprints showing up Blank

When I click on my Backlog and Active Sprints from my account it just shows a bank page. I have permissions to see and edit these sections but can't seem to get it to show up now. It was working at one point and the only thing that I can remember being changed from my account, was that I was added as a site administrator. Not sure if this has anything to do with it behaving this way but that's all the changes that were made from the time it was working to now.

Additional information - We have several boards created and I can no longer get to those 2 sections on any of the available boards we have. I can get to the rest of the sections fine although rather slowly.

Any help to point to the right direction would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Joel,

This might be related to the columns, There is a possibility - considering the information you provided us - that they are not well mapped.

Could you please check this?

In the board settings, there is an option to manage the "Columns".

I'm also sending you a documentation related to columns, this way you can confirm if is related to this or not.
