I am wanting to be able to provide our entire team and customers a link where they can easily submit a new feature request / idea.
I have Jira Service Desk set-up, however trying to work out how you can take the feature request and put it into the Kanban board for our dev team or do we need to manually create the new Epic/Task manually?
You can create a Kanban board containing the issues from your service desk project if you have Jira Software installed. Epic link works on JSD tickets as well so you can create epics in any project and link them.
And it keeps the issues in the service desk so the reporter can keep track of it.
