Hello,

I'm able to see all tasks in Bigpicture when I use the feature of Scope definition in Big Picture to move the tasks from Jira to Big Picture and when I narrow down it by using Jira query , and adding components into my query which is existing field in Jira issue , there is no issue come up in big Picture. It looks like , it isn't synchronized.

Could you please help us how to move tasks automatically from Jira to Big Picture?

Thanks,

Hi @Betul Erdogan

You add a defined selection of tasks to the BigPicture Program using a Scope Definition section. Here you will find more information.

As I understand, the issue with scope appears when you add a narrow-down filter. Could you please share with me a screenshot of the synchronization rules (Configuration >> Tasks >> Scope Definition)?

Hi @Betul Erdogan

When you use a Jira query to import issues in, does it synchronize? It might be that components aren't global and there could be something happening with components specifically.
