Bulk create users jira cloud

Hi 

Is there a way to bulk upload users in Jira Service Desk for Cloud, populating their full details - ie Full Name not just email address, and them be activated not pending?

I don't want my users (150) to have to sign up individually, i want to do it for them.  I don't want them to get an invite email either.
