Hi,
i am facing a strange behaveour while working with jira Assets.
When I try to bulk print few labels i get the error:
"We are having trouble retrieving your labels. Try printing them again."
in the Logs vissible as following:
automation-rule-executor:thread-4 ERROR jira-system [c.c.a.api.service.SingleRuleExecutorServiceImpl] Unexpected error executing rule with context TenantContext{environment=prod, clientKey='com.codebarrel.tenant.global', tenantId=TenantId{id='00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000bbbbbb'}}: AutomationEvent{traceId=096d29b2-e518-4887-a3d6-df7cf4e5088a, clientKey='com.codebarrel.tenant.global', triggerType=THIRD_PARTY_EVENT, type='com.onresolve.jira.groovy.groovyrunner:object-bean-updated-trigger', projectIds=[], timestamp=Tue Feb 13 09:13:46 CET 2024, authorAccountId='JIRAUSER27317', auditItemBatchId=null, payload='CMDB-70739', ignoreOwnEvents=true, authorAutomationAddon=false, priority=5}
com.codebarrel.api.JsonSupport$JsonDeserializationException: com.fasterxml.jackson.core.JsonParseException: Unrecognized token 'CMDB': was expecting (JSON String, Number, Array, Object or token 'null', 'true' or 'false')
When I open a single entry and try to print the asset its working without any problem.
I tried to create a new labeltemplate with just one entry but this does not help either.
Jira Version v9.4.14
Maybe you have a idea what could help to solve this.
Thanks.
Sebastian
Hi there,
I run into the same issue. Did you solve the issue?
Best,
Leonie
