I need a workflow definition with multiple approvers. But only one user to every approve step at workflow.

Hi Ceren,

Yes you can. Ex. Workflow:  Open->Awaiting Manager Approval->Awaiting CFO Approval->In progress->Done

From Awaiting Manager Approva/Awaiting CFO Approval you will have also a transition to Decline(New status).

In Awaiting Manager Approval -> will aprove the person from the field Approver

In Awaiting CFO Approval-> will aprove the person from the field CFO Approver(new custom field)

You will need to update those fields after the workflow is live. You cannot update approvers on inactive workflow.

Then you can autoset the value for those fields.
