Can I set a specific user to receive notification that is the same as the component lead?

Right now the component lead get the notification, I need to set up another specific user to receive the same notification, or would I go about it

@derek.tse  Yes this is possible in Jira using filter subscriptions, just create a filter based on the criteria that you are looking for and the subscribe for that and the user will start receiving emails.

But the only thing that you might want to consider here is to give the user who is subscribing for the filter permission (this is in the global permissions)
