Can Microsoft Teams be added to a Service Request type of issue?
We have Microsoft Teams integration enabled and I see the Microsoft Teams option on incidents. Is it possible to show that option on an issue other than a Service Request?

The ChatOps feature you're referring to is only available for incident management.
In case you want to work with Microsoft Teams feature within JSM tickets or Jira issues, I recommend taking a look at the Microsoft 365 for Jira app.
This app provides the possibility to start a Microsoft Teams chat or channel conversation within Jira tickets and issues. You can also configure automation rules, which allows you to do this automatically based on different triggers provided by the native Jira automation.
