Can i change (Name).atlassian.com to another html?

Hi JIRA

I'm new on this application and I'm very interested to change to JIRA Help desk,

so I want to ask can i changed url link? because now (Name).atlassian.com is hard for our customer to remember this link 

if you have the way to help on this pls tell me

Thanks for all answer.
Now i asked Developer in company to help this case already.
He'll build URL link and made it redirect to JIRA :)

You can change the url, but it's not a real "change", it's a "copy and delete".

at the moment, you can't change the URL. There's a feature request for that: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-6999 

Maybe you want to vote for it.
