Can´t customize notifications on Jira SD

Hi,

We are having problems to customize customer notifications on Jira Service Desk. When we click on Customer Notifications (SD Project > Project Settings > Customer Notifications) the page do not load. 

Please let me know hot to fix it or check for logs to troubleshoot the problem.

What exactly do you see when accessing that page? Is it blank or are there any errors displayed?

You can check the logs here:

• JIRA_HOME/log/atlassian-jira.log
• JIRA_INSTALL/logs/catalina.out
