Hi Community,
I configured some attributes in the issue screens, I can see all the attributes that I configured when I am viewing the issue, but when I am creating new issue, in the create screen some attributes are not getting displayed, earlier we had only one default screen for all create, view and edit then as some attributes were getting hidden while creating the issue, so we created a separate create screen.
However, some of the fields configured are still hidden even after creating the separate screens for create operation.
we also tried to configure the fields from "show fields" option while creating the issue but again whenever we create a issue for the next time those fields are hidden.
Is there any other way to configure the create screen so that no fields are hidden?
Thanks.
As checked in the community i found this article check this
this will help to you
I Thought you have created custom fields and that fields are hidden in the create screen
solution is go to that custom field and (...) goto edit context and details and select edit configuration check whether the issuetype and project is assigned to that field or not.
i have attached ss for refernce

Hi @Pasam Venkateshwarrao All the issue types and project were already assigned to the field, but the problem here is some of my team members can see all the attributes in the create screen and some team members cannot see how can I resolve this problem.
Thanks,

Hi ,
check if you have different screens while creating issues , if yes make sure all fields are there on create screen not only view or edit

Hi @CHINNAMUTHEVISAI.SATYANARAYANASHARMA
we have configured all the fields required in the create screen, some of them are always hidden while creating the issue.
