Cannot transition the status even transition permission granted

I have granted the specific project role with the transition permission, however, it still say "don't have permission to transition this issue".  Any configure still missing?

Hello,

There might be a condition on the workflow that prevents you from the transition.

Also, you can use permission helper to figure out why you can't perform a certain act:

Hi

First of all, check if the user is a member of Roles has been added to Transition Issues.

jira-servicedesk-users is a group and not a role. You should add this group or user to any roles that you mentioned above for Transition Issue permission. 

You could access it from here: 

https://<hostname>.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/<project-key>/settings/access

Then go here:

https://<hostname>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/PermissionHelperAdmin.jspa

and check each specific user access to Transition Permission:

The last thing you should check if you still fail is Transition condition on workflow.

Simple question : Do the user is associated with one of this Role ?
Did you check the Groups ?
