In the above image Second level drop down should show please select instead of that it's showing all the values which are depend on the first level dropdown.

Hi Sathish,

We've just reproduced this problem with another customer and the problem is that you will need to enable the XMLHTTP protocol in IE. To do this, navigate to "Tools -> Internet Oprtions -> Advanced tab -> Security section" and then enable the XMLHTTP support.

Three things to check:

• What version of IE browser are you using?
• What JIRA version are you using?
• Are you running on compatibility view mode in IE? If you do, please disable it and see if the same behavior is reproducible.
