Make sure that in your workflow when the issue is getting transitioned to Done status (or any other status that is in green) in it's transition has a Resolution Screen added.

Yes, this functions correctly for all but three users. When they click on the done, the box that should popup to click on done and the resolution notes never shows, no message is in the browser indicating any pop up.

So three users are affected by this issue. Which browser are those three users using? Also, can you provide a screenshot? (blur all of the necessary data).

Thank you, we found the issue, users were not using Chrome inside of Citrix, preventing this issue
