Comment from email to service desk ticket not working anymore

Hi,

When our customer replies to a support question by email, the comment is not added to the ticket in the service desk. What are the possible solutions to fix this?

Anything showing in the logs for the email address connected to your service desk project?

you can find logs in project settings -> Email Requests
