I have enabled compact view enabled, however there is still so much space it is not condensing. When I toggle between default and compact views there is barely any difference. I have seen people with much more compact list views of their backlog and I am not sure why I can't get a more consolidated view using compact.
Hi @Griffing_ Rachel welcome to the community. There are a lot of variables that can be contributing to this issue. Does everyone in your instance see the same behavior? What resolution are your screens using. Does it happen with Edge & Chrome? Could you possibly share some screenshots of how you have it configured, and what it looks like? Are your browsers set at 100% zoom level, or something else? Is your text size at 100%?
