Hi, I am trying to bring up Confluence article suggestions in Jira custom field in Issue view.

Hi @nithyasree.skm-ext there's some plugins you could use to add a script that would make this possible (like Scriptrunner or Automation for Jira - just to be clear I'm not affiliated with either of these plugins).

That's probably the neatest way to create a solution that you can rely on. 

I recommend taking a look at some of the automation plugins that are available and using a trial version to see if they work as a solution for this. Most have some form of free trial so you can experiment away.
