The question is that we want to make a connection between jira software and jira servcie desk, so that make jira software use jira service desk SLA feature, If anybody have idea about this question, please give me some advice. Thanks in advance.
As @John Funk and @Ivan Lima stated, you can only use Service Desk SLAs with Jira Service Desk. You can;t use them with Jira Software.
You need to use an app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=sla
Hi Ya,
The short and quick answer is no, you cannot use SLA functions with Jira Software. They will only work with Jira Service Desk.

Hey @Ya Liu
I assume your Jira Software and Jira Service Desk have been installed into the same Jira instance, which is the most common use case. Therefore, all users will be able to see all the projects in that instance (pending permissions), but they will only be able to see the application-specific features when they have application access.
I suggest starting off going over the following links. You should be able to find more details around this relationship as well as additional links.
Cheers,
Ivan.

Hi @Ivan Lima
Actually our Jira software and Jira service desk are respectively hosted in two server, that is to say our Jira Software and Jira Service Desk were installed into the defferent Jira instance, right? so if we also can implement that Jira servcie desk works with jira software
Best Regards,
Ya
