Copy Multi-select Checkbox field content to new issue issue Multiselect Checkbox

Hi There

I might be thick but I cannot get this to work. Tried so many different options already.

I have an automation that creates a new issue when triggered. The new issue's multi-select checkbox "partners" should be set to be the same as the trigger issue's multi-select checkbox "partners"

I need to do this via JQL in the "Additional Fields" area.

What am I doing wrong here?
