We use Jira Service Desk Cloud and Jira software Cloud to manage our helpdesk.
Customers create tickets on Jira Service Desk, if they cannot be managed by the support team we have some automations to create linked ticket on internal project, to be assigned to the developing team.
When we create linked tickets we copy description and summary.
We would be able to copy even labels from the Jira Service Desk ticket to the newly created ticket but there is no variable.
Are there any solutions? Is it possible to add the functionality in the next release?

Our app Elements Copy & Sync would allow you create custom linked issues with labels copied in addition to the description and summary. You could even copy comments and attachments if you need that.
The Cloud version is not yet available on the Marketplace, but you can sign up to get updates about the release:
