I want to access JIRA at www.mydomain.com.

Only JIRA is running on this server.

(It's shocking that the Windows JIRA installation did not configure the firewall for me.)

Having said that, adding a firewall rule for Port 80 works, but I want to make it as limited as possible (i.e. program, service).

Which is the right program/service to choose in the firewall rule?

Getting no response from the community, I tried a few things on my own.

Limiting the firewall rule to this program seems to work: tomcat8.exe.x64

Hi, I believe that's the same question as in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/What-program-shoul-i-allow-in-Firewall/qaq-p/22277#U1051453 . The answer theree worked for me, hope it helps you as well.
