Hi,
Is there a way I can create specific reports in Jira? Such as time (sla) reports for incidents: time spent, time to first response, time to resolution and so on.
Thank you!
If you know your way around velocity templates you could design your own reports with little to no limits on both content and layout.
Look for the "Better PDF exporter" free plugin and also "automation lite". Have a try at designing your own report templates. Then you can set up regular schedules to send reports based on JQL searches (only those issues matching the search will populate the report) and even mail the reports directly to any number of desired email directions.
I've used it only with "normal" Jira but I guess it would work with Service Desk too.
Hope it helps.
Hi @[deleted] , @Iago Docando ,
I'm Levente from Midori, we develop Better PDF Exporter for Jira.
Thanks for suggesting it! It's indeed compatible with Jira Service Desk and allows you to export information from Service Desk, including SLA data. See some examples here.
If you are looking for more complex reports, you can try Better Excel Exporter instead, which allows you to generate detailed Service Desk reports without configuration. See some examples for Time to Resolution, Time in Status, Time to First Response and other reports.
Just to clarify things: Better PDF Exporter and Better Excel Exporter apps are paid apps, but if you are looking to automate your reports, the PDF and Excel Automation apps are indeed free.

Yes. Just go to Reports and add a new report. If that does not meet you needs please provide more details of what you are seeking to accomplish.
