Is there any way to create a same issue and bulk add it to different customers without having to do it manually?
Let me explain what I mean:
Let's say I have an issue with the name of: "Add Customer to AD Right" and that issue is assigned to me 50 times for all the 50 people that need this done. I need to be able to track and create all 50 different issues without having to do it manually.
Is this even possible? Is there a way to bulk assign a issue to different customers while creating an independent ticket for each one?
I thought I would ask since this is something that happens rather often at work and we need to be able to create an independent ticket to track each thing we do for monitoring purposes.
If I am not clear whatsoever, please let me know.
