Creating a task automatically on another board when updating a task

I'm trying to create an automation to create a new task on a secondary board, when moving a task on my main board, something like this:

My primary board contains the project, and one of the tasks is regarding ETL and needs a task on the BI board (the secondary board). 

That's what I'm trying to do, to create this second task without human interaction.

Is there a way to do it?

mainly boards in jira are only views based on a filter. An issue is always created within a project but not on a board. so the questions are:

• Are you using two different projects for these issues?
• when would you like the 2nd issue to be created? —> in general it‘s possible but every automation rule needs a clear trigger
