Ahmed Safwat Marey January 12, 2023

Hello Team,

Please I need to know how to create a weekly report for SLA and the first response without calculating the weekend days.

Thanks

Hi @Ahmed Safwat Marey  Welcome to the Community!

You can use third-party add-ons to set up reports. For this, I suggest SLA Time and Report for Jira, which our company developed. Here you can create and edit SLA work schedules as you wish: with holidays, different working days, hours, breaks, etc.

You can also select the period and other filters necessary for the report. Get them in table or chart format and export them if needed. You can check if it suits you by using the 30-day trial.

Hi @Ahmed Safwat Marey and welcome to the Community!

You need to first configure your SLA targets and corresponding calendar so it starts and stops the timer during weekdays only. See product documentation on SLA configuration for all the details.

Once you have this properly set up, from the left hand side navigation in your project navigate to Reports. There even is a default SLA Met vs Breached report available. Just switch this to e.g. Past year by week:

See this chapter of product documentation to learn more about the existing reports and how you can build your own.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Walter Buggenhout ,

Thanks a lot for your support. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the SLA tab in the project settings. Is there another way to do it?
