I have Crowd and JIRA Service Desk set up.

Currently all users have to be part of the jira-servicedesk-users group on Crowd otherwise they don't get granted the permission to do anything other than browse the projects where they are Service Desk Team members.

Where do I change that setting?

I want to add multiple groups and remove the jira-servicedesk-users group but I'm struggling to track it down in the system. I don't think it's in Global permissions or in the project schemes as they refer more to the projects roles so I'm a bit stumped!

Thanks,

Hollie

Found what I was looking for within Administration -> Applications -> Application access.

Hope it helps someone else!

Hollie,

Since you're using crowd, have the same groups that you want in service desk in crowd. Remember you've to be a JIRA admin to create the groups.
