Custom Field Context resets to Global context after deployment of snapshot from lower to higher

Hi All,
In Jira production, we have some custom fields for which project contexts is applied.

Eg. "Custom field 1" is having context with 3 projects( A, B and C)

Now, when we do the deployment of snapshot through Configuration manger plugin from our lower environment to our Jira production env, the context for this "Custom field 1" is setback to Global.

Our expectation is that after snapshot deployment from lower to higher env, this custom field context should retain its initial setting(I.e. projects A, B and C should be present in the context).

Could you please guide us to resolve this issue.

Are you using a plugin to promote/ copy from the lower environment to the prod environment?

Also, does the lower env contain the contexts for the 3 projects?

We are using Configuration Manager for the snapshot deployments. Lower environment doesn't have this 3 projects in the context of the custom field

We have started to use botron and I remember that there is a check to ensure this situation doesn't happen. I would open a ticket with them directly for  support.

Thank You so much for the required help here. Yes, we are using the botron's Configuration Manager. I will go ahead and raise a support ticket with vendor.
