Customise Field Widget in Jira Service Management

Hi, 

I've been trying to customise a widget for my team's service management and would like to include a "required" field in it. 

When I'm trying to save the widget changes, it gives me this error. I do not wish to that field "optional".

What type of field is Portal URL? Is this a custom field created by a 3rd party plugin for Jira SM?
