I want export daily my Jira dashboard to PDF/ Photo and automatically email it to recipients

You can create a standard Jira automation rule and add a Send web request action to implement it.

It requires the Better PDF Exporter app to create the PDF from the dashboard plus the Better PDF Automation app to email the resulted PDF file. I am using this approach to send daily updates about our sales dashboard every morning.

Here is the step-by-step config guide for PDF email notifications and here is the dashboard specific part (simple).

You can expect something like this (more samples):

For those who do not notice it, the feature to automatically subscribe to a Dashboard's content is only a feature of Atlassian Analytics with an Enterprise license level. 

For options with other license levels, please check the Atlassian Marketplace for other apps.
